We collect information necessary to manage your medical practice, including doctor profiles, patient records, and appointment schedules. All patient data is encrypted to ensure maximum privacy.

3. Google Calendar Integration

Our application offers integration with Google Calendar to help doctors manage their appointments seamlessly. If you choose to connect your Google Calendar:

• Calendar Access: We only access your Google Calendar with your explicit permission via OAuth.
• Data Sync: We sync appointments between Doctor Archive and your Google Calendar (reading and writing calendar events).
• No Sharing: We do not share your Google user data with any third-party services or advertisers.

4. Google User Data: Retention & Deletion

We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our application only requests the minimum necessary permissions to provide its core features.

• Data Collected: When you connect your Google Calendar, we access your email address (to identify your account), your name/profile info (for display purposes), and your calendar events (to sync and manage your medical appointments).
• Retention:
  • OAuth Tokens: We store your Google OAuth refresh tokens securely to maintain synchronization. These tokens are kept as long as your account remains active and the integration is enabled.
  • Calendar Data: Synchronized appointment data is cached in our secure database to provide seamless access within the Doctor Archive dashboard. This data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Data Deletion:
  • Disconnection: You can disconnect the Google Calendar integration at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection, all associated Google OAuth tokens will be immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your Doctor Archive account, all data, including any stored Google user data, synced events, and OAuth tokens, will be permanently removed from our databases within 30 days.
  • Support Request: You may also request manual deletion of your synchronized data by contacting us directly at +961 71 779 855.
